Start with your directory profile today. Online booking is a separate setup for participating practices that publish availability. Best Practice and MedicalDirector access depends on vendor approval and practice authorisation; signing up does not connect your system automatically.

Common questions
Do we need to change our practice software?
No software connection is needed to claim a directory profile. Live availability and booking connections are separate, depend on supported software and practice authorisation, and require setup and validation.
What can we manage after approval?
Submit practice services, service descriptions, fees, appointment lengths, referral requirements and preparation notes for review. Individual clinicians claim their own professional skills; a practice claim does not automatically claim its doctors.
How do you check a claim?
We review your authority to manage the listing and may contact the practice through its published details. Follow progress and respond to requests in My claims. Approval confirms your connection to the listing, not clinical quality.
Can we invite our team?
Practice account tools support team invitations and roles. Give each team member their own account rather than sharing a password. Practice ownership and access remain subject to the account and claim checks.
Will signing up guarantee enquiries or bookings?
No. A useful profile helps people understand your services, but enquiries, search rankings and appointment volumes are not guaranteed. A directory listing alone does not activate online booking.
What does it cost?
Listing is free during launch. Any future paid features will be explained before you choose them. You can start by finding your existing profile without creating an account.
