Help people understand your care

Make your services and practical details easier to find.

  1. Create your account

Choose doctor, health provider or practice manager. Use your account to manage your connection to the directory.

  2. Find and claim your listing

Find your existing profile and request access. We review your connection and may contact the practice using its published details.

  3. Keep your profile useful

After approval, manage your profile through your account. Keep services, languages and contact details up to date. Check My claims for progress or requests for information.

Claiming a practice does not automatically claim the individual professionals who work there.

Good to know

A few common questions

Do I need to sign up to search?

No. Browse the directory and use public practice contact details without an account. An account is needed to claim or manage a profile.

Can I book an appointment on Spec Book?

Use the contact or website link on the listing to arrange an appointment with the practice. Online booking is available where a practice publishes times on Spec Book. A directory listing alone does not confirm availability or a booking.

How do service and language filters work?

They use information recorded for a listing. Select “any” to find options offering at least one chosen service, or “all” to require every selected service. Confirm your needs with the practice, especially if a detail is missing.

Does “no results” mean there is no care nearby?

No. Our coverage and recorded details are incomplete. Remove a filter, expand the area or try a broader profession to see more options.

How do I correct a listing?

Use the listing’s details and profile management options, or contact support with the listing and correction. Professionals and authorised practice managers can request a profile claim.
